Terms & Conditions
1. Booking
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. The contract is between Matico Football and the parent/legal guardian making the booking.
2. Payment
Holiday Fun Days and one-off camps: full payment at booking. Residential Camps: £100 deposit at booking, balance due 28 days before camp. Athletes Club & Development Centre (term blocks): full term up front. Athletes Club monthly: rolling direct debit, cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
3. Cancellation
- Holiday Fun Days & one-off camps: full refund up to 14 days before. Within 14 days, we transfer your booking to a credit usable within 12 months.
- Residential Camps: £100 deposit non-refundable. Balance refundable up to 28 days before camp. Within 28 days, balance becomes a credit valid 12 months.
- Athletes Club / Development Centre: 30 days' notice for direct debit. Term-block payments are non-refundable but transferable to a sibling.
4. Cancellation by us
If we cancel a session for weather, venue or operational reasons, we offer a full refund or transfer to another date. We're not responsible for travel costs incurred.
5. Behaviour
We reserve the right to remove a child from a session for behaviour that affects others' safety or enjoyment, after appropriate warnings. No refund applies in this case.
6. Medical information
You must disclose any medical condition, allergy or medication on the booking form. We can refuse a booking if we're unable to safely accommodate a medical need.
7. Photos & media
We sometimes photograph sessions for our website and social media. You can opt your child out at booking. Where opted out, we don't share or use any image of your child.
8. Liability
Matico Football carries public liability insurance. We're not liable for personal property left at venues. Our liability is limited to the booking value paid.
9. Safeguarding
We follow the FA's safeguarding policy. See our Safeguarding Policy for our designated lead, reporting process, and DBS register.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be flagged on the homepage and emailed to active members.
