Who we are
Matico Football ("we", "us", "our") is a youth football coaching provider based in the United Kingdom. Our website is matico-football-v2.pages.dev and our office is in London/Leeds. For data-protection enquiries, contact info@maticofootball.com.
What data we collect
When you book a programme or send an enquiry, we collect:
- Parent/carer name, email, phone number
- Child's first name, age, school year
- Medical information (allergies, conditions, emergency contact)
- Payment details (handled by Stripe, we never see card numbers)
- Photo consent preferences
How we use it
We use your data to:
- Confirm and run your booking safely
- Communicate with you about the camp/session your child is attending
- Comply with safeguarding obligations
- Send marketing emails only if you've opted in
How long we keep it
Booking and medical records: 3 years after your child's last attended session, then deleted. Marketing list: until you unsubscribe. Financial records: 6 years (HMRC requirement).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@maticofootball.com with the subject "Data Request".
Children's data
We treat children's data with extra care under the UK ICO's Children's Code. We never sell or share children's data with third parties for marketing.

- Class4Kids, booking system (where used)
- Resend, transactional email
- Cloudflare, website hosting
